Supreme Court Justice B.V. Nagarathna opined that a transformative constitution is a very important issue for our environment according to the needs of the society. He spoke on the Transitional Constitution at the seventh series of Special Lectures of the National Education Committee's Amrutamahotsava at KuvempuRangamandira in the city. India is a land of diversity and unity. The Constitution of India has made it possible to bring everyone living in such a holy land under one roof. So that every Indian can become sovereign of the Constitution. The fundamental rights, duties, and provisions contained in the constitution are helpful in advancing a transformative constitution as per the needs of the society. Constitution is not a hard book. It is a holy book which is evolving its record day by day. Parliamentary democracy, distributive justice, good governance are three different vehicles of constitution. The theme of equality, fraternity and liberty has been able to build gender equality and equal opportunity systems in the society. A transformed constitutionalism is essential to create such an egalitarian environment.

Judicial independence and accountability are two sides of the same coin. The onus is on the judge to balance both equally. Every judge is accountable to the citizens of India. Freedom of speech and expression is expressly enshrined in Article Nineteen of the Constitution. He said that bans become more important based on the justification of states while banning any book literature. High Court Judge Khazi said,our works should speak for us. Don't be under the illusion that we can do whatever we want as part of society. Responsible behaviour is the duty of every citizen. Mental peace of mind is very important in what we do. Such unsatisfying tasks never let us be successful. Reading and learning is an important part of life for students. Kiwi said that no temptations should lead to rashness of life
